Dear Partners, Ia Orana, Following our communication of 18th August we are now pleased to share the detailed renovations schedule for Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa which we hope you will find helpful in your dialogue with clients. You will find the calendar enclosed in this email and we remain at your disposal for any questions you may have.
We can confirm that the resort will now be closing for a short time at the end of 2016 and will remain open and operational until then. Work will be undertaken in such way to best avoid proximity to our Guests during the day and therefore minimize eventual inconveniences. In addition, a variety of activities and dining programs will be introduced throughout the renovations period to offer Guests different options to spend quality time at the resort. Furthermore, we are delighted to confirm that our skilled Spa team will continue to deliver treatments ‘in-villa’ during the period of closure of the Spa.
Ensuring our Guests spend the perfect stay with us remains our top priority and all hands will be on deck to bring them the service and experience they expect and that we are proud of. Once again, we thank you for your patience and ongoing support and look forward to sharing a bright and brand new resort with you soon.
